Notes de Dégustation
Elégant vin rouge fruité biologique. Profonde robe rouge rubis avec de fortes larmes. Palette d'arômes extrêmement large avec des fleurs sauvages, de petites baies, du sous-bois et des notes orientales de vanille et de cacao. Texture exceptionnellement raffinée avec une attaque compacte atténuée par une acidité marquée et des tanins soyeux. Persistance très ample et complexe. Très belle complicité avec des plats de viandes rôties rouges ou blanches, un gratin de champignons des bois, un gibier à plumes ou un stoemp de légumes. Mieux vaut le décanter une heure avant de servir. T° de service: 16°C

Enrico Rivetto is a winemaker, basketball fan, and free spirit who lives and works in Lirano, a biodynamic garden in the Langa of Barolo, situated between the hills of Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba. He cultivates vineyards, fruit trees, herbs, and grains, driven by his strong belief in the magical quality of wine, which he sees as a medium for communication and expression.
Enrico is passionate about sharing his new perspective on land cultivation, emphasizing the true beauty and harmony of nature. Lirano is described as a magnetic hill, a place where contrasting natural forces intersect yet remain in balance. Positioned between Alta Langa and the Barolo hills, Lirano spans a ridge between Sinio and Serralunga d'Alba, surrounded by forests and vineyards, nestled between the Alps and the Ligurian Sea.
