Juicy characterful naturally aged wine. A top wine within the appellation. Moderately intense ruby red color. Nose of red fruits and dried Mediterranean herbs and white pepper. Balanced taste with striking acidity and melted tannins, aftertaste of mature red fruit and some earthy aromas and various spices. Sublime wine with poultry with natural gravy, wild mushroom ragout and au gratin root vegetables. Serving temperature: 16°C.
