Tasting notes

Lush rich blended aged red wine. Intense ruby red colour with fat tears. Expressive mediterranean nose with cooked fruits, wild flowers, dried herbs, brushwood and oriental spice. Wide velvety palate with many shades around the blended tannins and contained alcohol. Mouth-filling and rich in the long finish. Perfect companion of vegetable mash with lots of spices, stews of fowl, rabbit with prunes, gratin tubers or a wild mushroom ragout with black truffle. Serving temperature: 17°C.
