Tasting notes

Bright lemon-yellow with a clear, brilliant robe, this wine offers a seductive nose of citrus and white flowers. The palate is supple, round, and fresh, with a lively acidity that extends the finish beautifully. Made from grapes grown on limestone soils and vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness, it pairs well with appetizers, asparagus, quiche, melon with ham, vegetarian dishes, or ginger-spiced chicken pastillas. Balanced, vibrant, and effortlessly enjoyable. Serving temperature: 8°C.

Wine Story

Vin de Liège is a unique wine estate built on three strong pillars: cooperation, social commitment, and organic viticulture. Since its founding in 2010, the business has developed thanks to the support of 3,500 cooperative members through crowdfunding. All wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyards, with no supply from external growers. Cooperative members are not only investors or customers, but also regularly volunteer during harvests, bottling, or events.

In addition, Vin de Liège has a strong social commitment. In collaboration with the Public Center for Social Welfare, it provides employment opportunities to people in need, aiming to offer work experience and promote their reintegration into society.

Finally, sustainability is a core value: the estate produces certified organic wines, adapted to the Belgian climate. By using interspecific grape varieties and smart adaptations to the terrain, healthy grapes are grown without pesticides. At the same time, biodiversity is actively encouraged through planting and nesting facilities. In this way, Vin de Liège combines craftsmanship with respect for people and nature.
