Tasting notes

Remarkably fresh dry white wine. Straw yellow brilliant color with somewhat green reflexes and fine tears. Superb discreet nose of small white fruit with a hint of yogurt with juniper berries and spring herbs. Mineral fresh attack with a soft creamy texture that strongly supports the drinkability and enriches the mouth filling to support the long grape aftertaste. A delicious glass to enjoy on its own, with a hunk of sourdough bread and a chunk of matured Flemish hard cheese; also with fried white North Sea fish, waterzooi of Mechelen cuckoo or pasta with olive oil & grated hard cheese. Serving temperature: 10°C
