Tasting notes

Playful fruity dry red wine. Striking very light garnet red color with thick glassy tears. Cheerful sweet first nose with fully ripe roses and strawberries, evolves into spicy with a spicy touch. Rich full flavor attack with remarkably fresh acidity and rich tannins for this grape. Long complex aromatic finish. This wine calls for fruity notes in the plate, such as pigeon with cherries, carpaccio of young beef with aceto balsamic, salad of cherry tomatoes, white mold cheeses. Serving temperature: 15°C
