Biodynamic, classic bodied red wine. Intense deep cherry red with fine tears. Complex nose with lots of minerality, blue plums, red peppers and delicate touch of wood. Stylish attack. Perfect balance between acidity, tannins and alcohol. Rich mouth-filling with a remarkably long yet contained aftertaste, full of earthy, fruity and spicy hints. Delicious wine with roast red meats, fowl with wild mushrooms or grilled vegetable dishes. Till 5 years decant an hour in advance. Serving temperature: 16°C
