Notas de degustación

Exceptionally rich white quality wine. Brilliant light golden with big tears. Very complex, variegated nose with mineral base and overripe white and exotic fruits. Sublime flavour structure with fascinating interplay between sweet and sour. Dry in the very long finish, again with the same aroma complexity. Delicious with white fish and white meat in creamy recipes. Perfect with spicy dishes and with rich mature cheeses. Opens up after an hour in carafe. Serving temperature: 10°C

Wine Story

The Domaine des Aubuisières covers 33 hectares on the finest terroirs of the Vouvray appellation. The vines are distributed across two types of soils: 75% clay-limestone (on the hillsides) and clay-silex (on the edges of the plateau). This diversity allows us to showcase the full richness, complexity, and potential of Chenin Blanc, also known as Pinot de Loire.

Eighty percent of the vineyard is located on the prime slopes of Vouvray. It benefits from the influences of the Loire River and the advantages of the bedrock, a sedimentary rock rich in organic matter.

The vineyard encompasses several distinct terroirs, enabling the Domaine to produce wines with unique typicity, influenced particularly by the orientation of the plots and the composition of the soils.

At Domaine des Aubuisières, each vine is cultivated with care, respecting viticultural traditions and natural balances. Committed to a sustainable approach, we promote responsible viticulture that enhances biodiversity and preserves our terroirs for future generations.

Organic Conversion: Since 2023, we have embarked on a transition to organic farming, convinced that living, healthy soils are the foundation of exceptional wine.
