Tasting notes

Rich full-bodied dry white wine. Unusually intense straw yellow color with a subtle pink glow. Rich complex nose with even a hint of wild Alpine strawberries, ripe white stone fruit and white pepper. Balanced broad texture with velvety acidity, very mouth-filling with a mineral touch in the long finish. Class wine that demands a rich cuisine from North Sea white fish, poultry or white meat in creamy sauces, fried or grilled; he prefers matured hard cheeses and au gratin root vegetables. Serving temperature: 12°C. It is worth pouring it into a wide carafe before serving.
