Authentic, naturally made, world-class white wine. Five days of maceration of three grape varieties that then remain in amphorae for ten months. Afterwards, 25% wood-aged Assyrtiko is added. Deep light golden yellow color with exceptional brilliance. Unique aroma of unprecedented complexity, in which primary (vineyard), secondary (cellar) and tertiary (maturing) aromas play a role. Perfectly controlled texture with versatile angles, just like the aromas. At the same time fresh, velvety and sufficiently powerful, with a very long aftertaste. Perfect with creamy risotto with grilled seafood, grilled root vegetables with oriental spices, mushroom gratin. Serving temperature: 12°C.
