Juicy fruity red wine. Deep cherry colour with lively tears. Extremely pure nose of grapes, small red berries and fine twigs with earthy accents. Distinctive attack, yet with a playful angle. Very juicy and fruity in the aftertaste. Delicious counterweight with fatty dishes with bacon and fatty meats. Goes also well with white mould cheeses and dishes with tomato sauce or chutney. Best decant. Serving temperature: 15°C
