Tasting notes

Elegant dry white wine. Deep intense straw yellow color with fine tears. Broad nose with small ripe white fruit, mineral notes and lush spiciness, honey and white pepper. Slim fine and light with a lot of character in the texture. Long mineral finish. Goes perfectly with an extensive cheese dish, rice dish with vegetables, river fish. Serving temperature: 10°C.
