Tasting notes

Rich, fine, sparkling dry wine. Subtly fine and permanently pearly with a hint of straw to gold. A fresh nose with white fruit, such as peach, with mineral undertones and a fresh, salty touch. Elegant, creamy texture with a constant tingle of millions of tiny bubbles; soft evolution to fine fruity with ripe acidity all the way to the creamy and fresh finish. This wine is a sublime aperitif, but also perfectly pairs with raw seafood, lightly marinated with a citrus touch in the sauce; perfect with caviar and refreshing with goose liver and marinated scallops; likes to accompany lobster, crab and langoustines or fresh cheeses. Serve at 8°C
