Tasting notes

Velvet dry full-bodied white wine. Deep straw yellow color with solid crystal tears. Aroma of wild flowers, ripe stone fruit and oriental spices. The texture is a harmonious blend of freshness and ripeness, mouth-filling without being overwhelming, but permeated by the lush Alentejo sun; long complex finish. This wine calls for sophisticated dishes with baked white North Sea fish, gratinated root vegetables and hard cheeses; also pasta dishes and rice dishes with an oriental accent.
