Tasting notes

Heavenly rich fortified wine. Amber yellow with brilliant green tears. Lush rich nose with nuts, dried fruit, fine oriental dried spices, nougat and candy. Complex play of sweet and sour taste with a light refreshing touch of bitter in the finale. Opulently rich tertiary aftertaste. Goes well with everything, excluding raw and poached fish. Excellent with grilled fish, mature hard cheeses, grilled aubergine and nougat ice cream. The longer it is open, the better it gets. Serving temperature: 15°C.
