Gaia Assyrtiko Wild Ferment

Tasting notes

Exuberant typical crisp white wine. Sparkling straw yellow with thin tears. Penetrating aroma full of aromas from the vineyard and the cellar. Refined taste attack, super elegant and refreshing with an almost crunchy texture. Lots of flint in the finish with small white berries and blossoms. Superb aperitif wine. Goes also well with natural prepared fish and raw marinated seafood, pickled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
