Distinguished finely aromatic white wine of world class. Brilliant light golden yellow color with beautiful tears. Refined aroma, typical spicy blossoms, white fruits. Sublime flavor composition, completely in harmony with refreshing acidity, some spicy bitterness with a very long aftertaste. Superb accompaniment to fried seafood with oriental garnish, pasta in creamy sauce with southern herbs, braised white vegetables in butter sauce, creamy cheeses. Best to decant beforehand.
