Tasting notes

Perfumed dry white wine. Yellow and white wine with greenish reflections and fine tears. Expressive aromas of resin and pine green with citrus fruits and blossoms. Fine, bone dry taste with distinctive mouth aroma of pinus halepensis resin with which the wine is perfumed. Gossamer-thin texture. Heavenly delicious with white truffle and hard cheeses, pasta with cream sauce and Parmiggiano, raw oysters and fried white vegetables. Serving temperature: 10°C.
