Powerful and spicy organic red wine of top quality. Black as stout with bright wide tears. Manifest aromas of blackberry, blueberry, juniper and ripe plums. Mild hint of vanilla and black pepper. Remarkably sophisticated texture with lots of finesse in the tannins with contained alcohol and perfectly dosed wood impression. Long complex finish. Lovely wine with spicy dishes with aged beef and ground game, risotto with black truffle, pepper steak or grilled cabbage with oriental spices. Till 5 years decant an hour in advance. Serving temperature: 16°C.
