Tasting notes
Delicious rich and refined fresh white premium wine with unique sparkle in the bright green-yellow colour. At the same time playful and distinguished nose of fresh citrus, apple blossom and fresh herbs. Characterful texture with tight acids, carried by ripe exotic fruit and very fine yet lasting aftertaste. Dream aperitif wine with fresh snacks or crunchy salad with fresh cheese and juicy tomatoes. Also great with hardly cooked seafood and steamed white fish. To be served at 8°C.
