Dry, fresh white wine. Brilliant white straw yellow colour. Striking mineral nose with plenty of finesse and subtlety, stone fruit and white blossom. Characterful mineral texture, rascally yet elegant, luscious and refined aftertaste. Perfect aperitif wine, with new vegetables and fresh (goat’s) cheese, and raw seafood. Serving temperature: 10°C.
