Tasting notes

Soft fresh dry white wine. Very sparkling display with pale straw yellow color and fine tears. Attack of juicy white fruit on the nose with mainly peach and gooseberry, white mint pepper and a slightly exotic evolution. Harmonious smooth taste, laced with a lively mineral-driven acidity that ends in a broad and elongated retro full of fruit and spices. Super nice glass of wine to enjoy just like that, also delicious with poached sea fish, exotic pasta and rice preparations, semi-hard sheep's cheese and braised fruit vegetables. Serving temperature: 10°C.
