Origins of Wine

Authentic full-bodied dry white wine. Fairly intense light golden yellow color with golden tears. Nose with fine butter tones and ripe white pome fruit, southern spice and white pepper. Harmonious texture, creamy mouth-filling, low acidity, but perfectly absorbed by the fresh retro and the remarkably long finish. Perfect with fish and vegetable gratin dishes, including poultry and white meat stews; also with ripened hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 12 ° C

Mineral nose with juicy fresh white fruit and crunchy freshly picked nuts, evolving into ripe white plums and citrus fruit. Characterful texture with crispy fresh acidity, mouth-filling with returning minerality in the retro and medium aftertaste. Excellent partner with river fish and root vegetables, including poultry and medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.

Smooth and tight wine with lots of red fruit.  Ruby red colour. Very easy-to-drink wine, with  nose of small, ripe red berries and some hints of black pepper. Pleasant with a smooth, supple texture and soft tannins. Frivolous evolution with a lot of fruitiness at the end.  Delicious and perfect with charcuterie, grilled mediterranean fish or even fresh cheese with some spicy peppers. Enjoy now! Intense, elegant red wine. Deep cherry color. Expressive fresh fruit in fine spiciness, including rosemary and wild thyme. Refined taste. Limited wood aging in older barrels. Unexpectedly elegant texture, fine acidity and velvety tannins that blend perfectly and spread wide in the long finish.
