Proefnotities
Droge, frisse witte wijn. Briljante zachte witstrogele kleur. Opvallend minerale neus met veel finesse en subtiliteit, pitfruit en witte bloesems. Karaktervolle minerale textuur, rassig en toch elegant, weelderige en verfijnde afdronk. Perfecte aperitiefwijn, bij primeurgroenten en verse (geiten)kaas en rauwe zeevruchten. Schenktemperatuur: 10°C.
Wine Story
My winery is young, my wines just came recently on the market. Wines from my small vineyard plots that I personally planted in small corners in the middle of the woods of the wonderful Chianti Classico, but you found me!
And I am very proud of it.
Now the work continues, I am growing slowly and thanks to the altitude, the soil and climate conditions, the terroir that I have identified for the different wines, I am also growing curiosity and commitment to do better and better. Istine was born as a natural evolution of the entrepreneurship of my good peasant grandparents when I produced the first bottles of Chianti Classico in 2009.
Lees meerLa mia azienda è molto recente e solo da pochi anni sono sul mercato con i vini delle piccole parcelle di vigna che ho personalmente piantato in piccoli angoli sperduti in mezzo ai boschi del meraviglioso Chianti Classico, ma tu mi hai trovato lo stesso!
E ne vado molto fiera.
Adesso il lavoro continua, sto crescendo piano piano e grazie all’altitudine, alle condizioni pedoclimatiche, al terroir che ho identificato per i diversi vini, crescono anche la curiosità e l’impegno per fare sempre meglio.
