Ongemeen verfijnde versie van een volle witte wijn van topklasse. Kristalheldere strogele kleur met fijne tranen. Verrassend frisse neus met gele perzik en nectarine, ook licht getoaste brioche. Elegante romige textuur met fijne zuren en een zeer gedistingeerde lange afdronk. Super geschikte partner voor kreeft met venkel, gegratineerde oesters of gebakken langoustines; gerijpte geitenkaas, groene kruidensalade of nog romige witschimmelkaas. Schenktemperatuur: 12°C.
