Exceptionally high-quality crisp white wine. Crystal clear straw yellow with sparkling tears. Initially controlled starter nose that slowly blooms into an opulent splendour of flowers, white fruits and mineral notes. Classy texture with superb refined acidity and a unique long-lived character, gently expanding in a long aftertaste full of fruit and blossoms. Unique wine to enjoy on its own. Open a bottle each year to experience its evolution. Calls for the finest dishes with white fish or shellfish with refined garnish with an exotic touch. In its youth masterly with asparagus in a luxurious preparation. Also delicious with fresh cheeses, white mould and goat cheeses. Best decant before serving. Serving temperature: 10°C
