Vino blanco seco complejo con cuerpo. Color amarillo pajizo profundo con brillantes lágrimas doradas. Nariz expresiva que combina a la perfección fruta blanca, matices terrosos y notas de vainilla; ¡Dale una garrafa y esto se multiplicará! Textura armoniosa con mucho 'protagonismo' gracias a la triple crianza en acero inoxidable y barrica de roble, que se traduce además en un postgusto complejo infinitamente largo. ¡Una obra maestra de la vinificación con una buena relación calidad-precio! Requiere un trozo bruto de queso curado curado, un apionabo entero asado al horno con trufa, una perdiz en hoja de parra, un risotto con las setas más salvajes. Temperature de servicio: ° 14°C !
