This is a complex, full-bodied, dry white wine. Deep straw yellow color with sparkling, golden tears. The nose is expressive and perfectly blends white fruit, an earthy undertone and vanilla notes together; let this wine sit in a carafe and this nose will explode! Harmonious texture with a great deal of 'distinction', thanks aging three times in stainless steel and oak barrels. This also results in an extremely long and complex finish. This is a great value for money masterpiece of wines! Demands a sturdy piece of ripened hard cheese, a celeriac roasted whole with truffle in the oven, a partridge in grape leaf, a risotto with the wildest mushrooms... Serve at 14 °C!
Nestled in the heart of the Rotaliano region, De Vigili Winery carries a legacy of winemaking that dates back to the 19th century. Founded by Ottavio De Vigili, who once exported wines to the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the winery experienced a remarkable revival in 2015 under the guidance of Francesco De Vigili. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Dolomites, our vineyards thrive in a unique microclimate shaped by glacial history and alpine breezes. By seamlessly blending tradition with innovation, we craft wines that embody the rich heritage and natural beauty of Trentino.
Our vineyards, located between the Adige River and the Dolomitic mountains, produce exceptional varietals, including Teroldego, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio. Each bottle reflects our unwavering dedication to quality, offering a perfect balance of fruitiness, minerality, and structure.
