Complexe volle droge witte wijn. Diepe strogele kleur met fonkelende gouden tranen. Expressieve neus die wit fruit, aardse ondertoon en vanilletoetsen perfect weet te versmelten; geef hem wat karaf en dit wordt nog gemultipliceerd! Harmonieuze textuur met veel 'voornaamheid' dank zij de drieledige opvoeding op inox en eiken vat, wat mee resulteert in een oneindig lange complexe afdronk. Een prijs/kwaliteit gezien meesterwerk van wijnmaakkunde! Vraagt om een ruw stuk gerijpte harde kaas, een knolselder op z'n geheel met truffel in de oven gebraden, een patrijs in druivenblad, een risotto met de wildste champignons... Schenkt° 14°C !
