Notas de degustación
Ripe full sunburned characterful dry white wine. Deep straw yellow colour with a hint of green. Striking nose that combines fresh white stone fruit with mineral, scorched accents, supported with Mediterranean wild herbs. Balanced texture thanks to the aeration on old barrels, mouth filling and rich, almost opulent though the supporting acids manifest equally tightly. Very long lush ripe finish. A graceful white wine that asks for noble white meat and river fish, with creamy sauces or lavishly perfumed garnishes. He can handle a lot, and certainly if it can breathe for an hour in a wide carafe! Serving temperature: 12°C
Wine Story
Frank was in Priorat over a year ago. The only contact I had with him was at the Prowein in 2019. It had been a short meeting, he listened attentively to my comments while taking note of his tasting. At the end he just said "we'll talk in a few months". And so it was. He came to Priorat on a very hot day.
