Verkostungsnotizen
Ripe full sunburned characterful dry white wine. Deep straw yellow colour with a hint of green. Striking nose that combines fresh white stone fruit with mineral, scorched accents, supported with Mediterranean wild herbs. Balanced texture thanks to the aeration on old barrels, mouth filling and rich, almost opulent though the supporting acids manifest equally tightly. Very long lush ripe finish. A graceful white wine that asks for noble white meat and river fish, with creamy sauces or lavishly perfumed garnishes. He can handle a lot, and certainly if it can breathe for an hour in a wide carafe! Serving temperature: 12°C
Wine Story
Frank war vor über einem Jahr in Priorat. Der einzige Kontakt, den ich mit ihm hatte, war auf der Prowein 2019. Es war ein kurzes Treffen gewesen, er hörte aufmerksam meinen Anmerkungen zu und machte sich Notizen zu seiner Verkostung. Am Ende sagte er nur "wir sprechen in ein paar Monaten". Und so kam es. Er kam an einem sehr heißen Tag nach Priorat.
WeiterlesenFrank estuvo en Priorat hará mas de un año. El único contacto que había tenido con él era en la Prowein de 2019. Había sido una reunión corta, él escuchaba atentamente mis comentarios mientras tomaba nota de su cata. Al finalizar solo me dijo "hablamos en unos meses".
