Tasting notes

Mythical elegant fine dry red wine. Deep intense cherry red color with colored tears. Lusciously complex nose with perfectly ripened wild blackcurrant and plum with spice in evolution. Surprisingly, mouth-wateringly elegant texture in which acids, alcohol and tannins are fused to perfection; very long elegant fruity finish. This wine calls for pink flesh, but this can be lightly roasted and spiced quite spicy to match the complexity of the wine; can also be served with grilled fruit vegetables with southern herbs. Serving temperature: 16°C.
