Tasting notes

Indigenous dry full-bodied white wine. Beautiful straw yellow with wide tears. Still primary on the nose with grape notes from the vineyard that are slowly expanded with ripe white fruit and white pepper. Harmonious texture with very interesting and refreshing acidity; mouth-filling and at the same time silky soft to the aftertaste that expands characterfully. Goes well with dairy calf with fresh vegetables, Malinois cuckoo with creamy prepared mushrooms (morels), smoked fish and hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 12 ° C
