Harmonious dry red wine. Moderately intense ruby ​​red color with fleshy colored tears. Lush nose of southern herbs and spices, evolving into ripe red fruits and jam. Harmonious velvety texture with fused tannins and a fine very ripe acidity that keeps the wine in perfect balance; broad and long finish. Calls for braised dishes of red meat and poultry, gratin of fruit vegetables and white mold cheeses. Serving temperature: 15 ° C
