Szászi Cabernet Franc

Tasting notes

Elegant fine dry red wine. Intense cherry color with light brick water edge and striking fine tears. Captivating nose of juicy freshly picked blueberries with ripe pointed pepper, ripe twigs and white pepper. The taste is equally juicy with fresh acidity and unctuous fine grape tannins; mouth-filling and yet refined and gently expanding into the juicy fruity long aftertaste. Delicious glass of wine that can stand on its own, but will accompany refined preparations with pink meat such as veal, pigeon and lamb; Braised fruit vegetables and fresh white mold cheeses are also favorites. Serving temperature: 16°C.
