Tasting notes

Slim distinctive wine with great finesse and freshness. Light straw yellow with fine tears. Flawless mineral nose with fresh herbs and green fruits such as gooseberry and white juniper. Very dry flavour with slim acidity, surrounded by an unctuous mouth-filling with spicy aftertaste. Delicious as an aperitif and with raw seafood and fresh green salads. Sublime with creamy goat cheese. Serving temperature: 8°C
