Silky smooth, flawless and elegant white wine from natural viticulture. Super light golden shine with green hues and elegant tears. Delicious primary nose of small white juniper berries and ready-to-pick apple, underlying tones of white flowers and pear. Super elegant taste with mineral undertones and a surprising amount of freshness in the otherwise balanced texture. Lush long finish. Delicious with poached white sea fish and ‘waterzooi’ with seafood or chicken, with ripened semi-hard cheeses and braised green vegetables or creamy cooked pasta. Serving temperature: 10°C.
