Bone-dry salty fortified white wine of world quality and unique considering this is an organically grown sherry. Very bright straw yellow color with thick tears. Attractive refined aromas of iodine, olive and lime. Characteristic saltiness in the taste with ultimate fine texture and perfect alcohol integration. Bone-dry sherry with a silky and long aftertaste with nuts and tertiary oxidation tones. Delicious aperitif wine with oysters, tapas, aged cheeses and salted almonds. Serving temperature: 10°C.
