Springfield ´Work of Time´
Classical, full-bodied red wine. Deep intense ink colour with cherry red tears. Distinctive nose of blueberries with ripe soft green peppers, humus and Sichuan pepper. Powerful attack with firm yet elegant tannins and ripe acidity. Subdued alcohol with a discrete long aromatic finish. Pairs well with red meat with green pepper sauce, hare saddle in pepper sauce or stuffed and grilled aubergines. Till 5 years best decant in advance. Serving temperature: 17°C.
