Geschmorte Früchte und geräuchertes Fleisch. Harmonischer Geschmack mit etwas Entwicklung im Ansatz, perfekt trinkbar mit noch deutlicher Lagerkraft, saftig mit schlanken Tanninen und feinfruchtigem Nachhall. Passt zu Geflügelbraten, würzigem Räucherfleisch und Gemüsegratin. Serviertemperatur: 18°C.
