Finally a mischievous playful version of the tough red tannat grape. Deep intense cherry colour with beautiful moderately strong tears. Nose of black berries with an earthy undertone, smells like pure vine. Smooth juicy texture with fresh acidity that rein in the super-ripe fruit. Balanced and unconstrained, without haircuts. Drink-friendly crowd-pleaser with a jovial fruity aftertaste. Tasty drinking wine for cocktail parties and brunches. Super with dried meats and fruity vegetables. Like to accompany white mould cheeses and even sugar-free dessert of black currants. Drinking temperature: 15°C.
