Quality wine with lots of character and a fresh fruitiness. Brilliant white-yellow with greenish hue and super fine tears. Exotic aroma with hints of citrus, fresh green fruits and striking mineral tones. Characterful sleek taste structure with crispy acidity and a slim evolution. Dry with lots of freshness in the finish. Excellent as an aperitif. Delicious with raw and marinated seafood and fine fish. Great with oriental dishes, white mould cheeses and mixed salads. Is even better when wildly poured into a carafe. Serving temperature: 10°C
