Distinctive dry white wine with great class. Light golden, brilliant with fine tears. Open aroma with white fruits and thyme, stone fruit like white plum and fresh herbs. Spicy flavour, firm texture, juicy acidity. Gradated till the long finish. Excellent with pan-fried river fish, eel in green, green leafy vegetables, pasta in tomato sauce, mature hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C.
