Classically made powerful red quality wine. Black as stout with bright fat tears. Nose of blueberry and dark ripe plums with a mineral earthy undertones. Distinctive palate with firm tannins and perfectly interwoven fine ripe acidity. Mouth-filling texture with contained alcohol. Extremely long fruity finish with cocoa and fresh leather. A dreamed combination with roast beef with wine sauce, ground game with a natural gravy, fruit vegetables gratin or with fresh mushrooms. Till 5 years decant several hours in advance. Serving temperature: 17°C.
