Tasting notes

Meaty, spicy and fruity red wine. Deep cherry colour with solid tears. Rich lush blackcurrant aroma of violets and black pepper. Very smooth texture, ready to drink with soft tannins and a very fruity finish with oriental spice and chocolate. Perfect with a barbecue with red meat on the grill or glazed Peking duck. Also delicious with roasted sweet peppers and spicy vegetable dishes. Serving temperature: 15°C.
