Tasting notes

Complex, semi-full white wine. Brilliant golden yellow with wide tears. Lush rich nose with dried blossoms, ripe white fruits and Mediterranean spices. Wide mouth filling flavour with creamy texture and a pungent spicy aftertaste. Heavenly wine with rich stews of fish or white meat, hot cheese dishes and southern spiced white vegetables. Serving temperature: 10°C.
