Tasting notes

Surprisingly juicy, crisp dry white wine. Deep straw yellow with large tears. Grapey aromas with spicy undertone and juicy white fruit. Spicy flavour, dry and full of character with a long mineral finish. Very classically-made. Delicious as an aperitif, with raw seafood, cooked mussels, pickled white meat and fish. Goes also well with soft white mould goat cheeses. Serving temperature: 10°C
