Tasting notes

Full rich dry white natural class wine. Pure is the backbone all along the line when tasting this delicious wine. A bargain! Golden yellow colour with brilliant tears that sparkle in the glass. So, use your best glasses for this one! They are flowers, from fresh to dried roses, fragrant white, supplemented with soft sun-dried herbs and a hint of vanilla bark, and then strangely, a little mint and fennel suddenly pops up. The taste is amazingly and magically fused, at the same time refreshing and mouth-filling creamy, full of character too; ending in an infinite aftertaste that hops from one fruit to another flower. Stunning! This beauty deserves the classiest dishes – and/or – the most interesting people around the meal. Shellfish grilled and perfumed with the purest olive oil, fleur de lune and black pepper. Peeled sweet green pepper au gratin with ripe sheep cheese, stuffed cabbage with wild mushrooms, risotto with truffle... This wine can handle it all! Serving temperature: 12°C; preferably after breathing in a wide carafe... or enjoyed slowly.
