Truly elegant, dry red wine. This wine has a fairly intense garnet color, is very translucent with ruby-colored tears. Delicate nose of brushwood, wild flowers and small red fruits. The mouth starts small, but immediately changes into an elegant texture with silky tannins and a slightly earthy touch of mushrooms in the retro, long finish full of fruits. Delicious wine that asks for dishes with the same velvety, pure elegance, such as risotto with wild mushrooms and grated flandrien cheese, truffle pasta, small poultry pink roast, au gratin cabbage vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve at 15 °C.
