Sublime naturally made fruity red wine of world class with extreme aging potential. Slightly intense ruby red with tile at the rim. Intoxicating complex nose with dried red roses, small red and black berries, earthy mineral hints and a spicy evolution. Soft flavour attack, slowly blossoming in an unprecedented complexity with an elegant and refined finale. Sleek grapey tannins and extremely long finish. Delightful meditation wine that also be served with the finest meat dishes with nicely blended complex flavours. Goes also well with natural pan-fried red meats and ground game. Unprecedented with a mushroom risotto and truffle dishes. Serving temperature: 15°C
Wine Story
Movia wurde 1820 durch eine Hochzeit in die Hände der Familie Kristancic übergeben. Heute besitzt die Familie Movia 24 Hektar Land, die Hälfte davon auf der italienischen Seite von Goriska Brda-Collio. Movia produziert eine Reihe von organischen Weiß-, Rot-, Schaum- und Orangenweinen, die nach natürlicher Anbaumethode hergestellt werden, mit größtem Respekt vor der Natur, ohne unnötige Eingriffe des Winzers, ohne Filtration und mit keiner oder minimaler Schwefelzugabe. Unsere Weine sind bekannt für ihr großes Alterungspotenzial, ihre Reife, lange Mazeration und ihre Reinheit.
